We may collect and use the following types of personal information upon your inquiry and application for registration for a Crescent offering: your first and last name; date of birth; schooling history and learning limitations; language proficiency; allergies and medical provider contact; birthplace; parental contact information; home environment details, including primary language spoken and household makeup; local and permanent mailing addresses; mailing address at the time you enrolled; email address; date enrollment agreement was signed; courses you’ve enrolled in and associated costs; third party payer identifying information; total institutional charges charged and paid; information regarding your use of the Site; information that your browser sends whenever you visit the Site; and any other information you provide to us. You do not need to register or provide us with any personal information in order to simply visit and view the Site.

Crescent also automatically collects your IP address and referring website address, browser type, domain name and website access frequency. This information is intended to help facilitate your online experience on the Site. Crescent uses cookies to track usage patterns on the Site, as well as to offer other functionalities. Current third party providers include GoDaddy for website hosting and database management, Crescent Applications for website maintenance, and Paypal for payment processing.

Crescent also uses Personal Information so that we may supply specific information requested by students, manage enrollments, and send students timely information. Crescent uses the automatically collected information to administer our offerings services, fulfill enrollment requests, and to optimize the Site navigation experience.
